Last night was our first drum circle we hosted in Gloucester, va at Hip expressions.
The night went better than I had even imagined. We had about 43 participants. Mostly drummers LOL. It was good that we did. I have not drummed like that in a long time. My hands were swollen and my wrist. The energy was awesome and it was great to drum with some of our old friends again. Felt like old times.
We met some new folks and hope they return to be with us again.
Hopefully this is a new beginning with new doors opening.
I have had a long break with much retrospection.
